Validity of AP review books

Hello, I am taking AP Chem and Bio as most people are.

For Biology I purchased “Barron’s AP Biology 3rd edition 2012”, and Chemistry: “Princeton Review: Ap Chemistry 2012”.

What I have noticed in both books are spelling errors and nonfactual information.

(the bio book states: calvin cycle being a light dependent reaction as well as a bb individual crossed with a B/x (the genotype being test crossed for) individual exhibiting no BB individuals must be homozygous dominant)

Looking for feedback

A lot aren’t proofread very well, but the information is still valid and the books are definitely helpful.

I can’t comment on AP Bio, but I haven’t noticed any issues with Princeton Review (okay, maybe a couple typos but that’s it) and all the information seems correct. And it’s also the best review book I’ve seen for AP Chem.

I wouldn’t worry about it, for the most part these review books are helpful and useful.
