I was a junior leader at my church’s Vacation Bible School the summers after my sophomore and junior years.
I did community service projects with my church’s youth group, such as removing rocks from the backyard of a Habitat for Humanity House and serving dinner at the local Salvation Army center.
In ninth grade, I helped with events at the Kingsport Easter Egg Hunt.</p>
