It might work after the decision has been uploaded. I noticed there are links for other colleges, like Emory and UCB. Interesting IT techniques.
Congratulations. I assume for those waiting for their decisions if you have been admitted, you will also be able to register. Otherwise, if it says “Not Open”, you might be rejected or your decision is on the way.

no. It showed me a calendar, I clicked on a day, it made me sign in, then it said that

No one not yet admitted can complete the signup. No portal astrology here.

However, this method doesn’t work until almost 2-4 days before the decision date.

It was not open a few weeks ago; then changed to the prefilled form sometime last week - while I did not continue with the registration; now, it changed back to not open😶
Option to upload first trimester grades disappeared today. Same thing happened a week before ed2 came out. I hope it doesn’t take a week for them to release decisions.
Is having a financial aid counselor with a name linked to an email on the “Financial Aid” tab there for everyone?
