My daughter “saw a quest bridge letter on TikTok” that someone uploaded allegedly from Vanderbilt stating ED decisions would be released on December 17. She showed it to me. Not sure how reliable this information was. The letter posted looked like anyone could have drafted it, although it was written professionally.

Reading other sites about withdrawal option disappearing? My kids disappeared awhile ago. Thought it was normal that you couldn’t withdraw your ED after December 1st or so?
Is it gone for everyone?

This does look like it was from Questbridge. The URL showed.
for other schools, the day Questbridge says the portal will be updated is the day the university releases ED so I’m guessing 12/17 late afternoon central time is the date.
here’s the relevant text from the Questbridge email
Vanderbilt will be contacting you by e-mail next week with a message of congratulations. In addition, your MyAppVU portal will be updated December 17 to reflect your admission to the Vanderbilt Class of 2030. An admission packet will be mailed in mid-December and will include your official letter of admission.

Anyone on here waiting on ED results from TN?
No, not TN, just this one. Everyone at our house is excited and cautiously optimistic. I think they will deliver ED1 admission decisions in the next week.

I am really hoping we find out tomorrow. Whatever the decision is, we just want to find out. This wait and the unknown is creating such high anxiety in our home
This is just a guess, but with the QuestBridge letter stating the portal will update with decisions on Wed, Dec 17, I assume emails will go out this evening with the official word. But you know what they say about assuming…

Agree!!! Plus if it’s a no (likely) he still wants to apply to more RD schools!! He didn’t apply to any (though 10 EA/rolling)

Is anyone else seeing Vanderbilt listed as an institution for “Award in Progress” on their TSAC portal? Do we think it means anything? 
Maybe it means they ran our FAFSA? 
For clarification TSAC portal is the Tennessee Student Assistance Corp portal. They administer the Hope fund, DE fund, etc.
Hi everyone, this matches what others have said. They sent an email message this afternoon indicating they will have decisions tomorrow at 5pm CST.
