I just called as well they said end of may and they will do rolling admissions

Maybe they mean that everyone will get a decision by the end of may, I donā€™t think they will start to send decisions at the end of may.

Iā€™d be surprised if the first wave of decisions happened at end of May. Last year the first release date was right around now and the subsequent waves spilled into May. IIRC the first decisions were mainly acceptances and WLs but who knows if thatā€™s true every year and thatā€™s based on the thread responses so a relatively limited sample size.

Also most schools release decisions in April (at least the first waves) and that would put Vandy applicants at a big disadvantage if they were forced to wait so long. Doesnā€™t mean some applicants wonā€™t have to waitā€¦.WL decisions are usually released in May as people reject their admission.

I gotta imagine some decisions come out tomorrow, if the mid may thing is accurate, that would be a complete break from what they have done in the last few years

Yes, I sincerely doubt they would wait until may. If we donā€™t hear back tomorrow, then I would wager it would be the day after or the next few.

I donā€™t believe thatā€™s a good indication. I am pretty sure I saw my checklist and additional documents uploaded last year even when my decision was available.
