i just looked up most of the common hmong surnames in the student directory and didn’t see any students… (except with some surnames that could also be another asian ethnicity that came up with 50+ results and i doubt over 50 hmong people are at vandy especially w the same last name) and i honestly feel like if i got accepted im about to really be the only hmong person at vandy lmao…

Last year i got my waitlisted decision on may 2 via email… yo imma be so heated if i dont get accepted. like, son you coulda rejected me two weeks ago but you made me wait

I don’t think they’ve released at 5PM CST before, but hennything is possible? (example: breaking trend completely and releasing first wave on a tuesday and then nothing for two weeks)
When I was accepted on April 18th, I received the email at 5:15 EST.
^ Yeah, so 4:15 PM CST seems to be about the time they usually do it

I think there have been portal updates after 6 EST before, but I believe that was part f the Friday updates/Monday emails pattern that hasn’t showed up yet this year.
