Hello. I have been deferred from Vassar and I would like to write a letter of continued interest. Should I send this letter to the regular admissions@vassar.edu email or the director of admissions? Does it matter?

I would suggest sending the letter to the admissions representative who is assigned to your geographical area. Connect ← Admission ← Vassar College

Also check to see if there is a place in the portal to upload it. My D had two ED/EA deferrals last year, and I know 1 (maybe both) asked that you upload that LOCI to the portal rather than emailing it. Each school will have their own process.

If you are sending a Loci, make sure it includes new info about you.
Otherwise, why would you send a letter ? You were not rejected. You were not Wait Listed which is rejected, for all intents and purposes.
They simply moved you to RD.
