<p>I received the letter asking me to send in documentation about my community service work. They asked me to verify a club my friend started called Music4Seniors. Since my friend started it and his mom schedules the dates that we play at the senior center, I do not have official “school or organization letterhead”. I want to send in a letter from his mom… but not having letterhead is the problem. And the letter is my only option… because I do not have any of the other documentation-types for verification of community service. Should I get a letter from his mother anyway, and have her provide her phone number? Or send the forms back checking the box for “I cannot send in documentation” and explain why?
Please help. The UC email is not sending me any answers to my question, and the phone is automated and doesn’t help.</p>
