…anyone hear that really folky celtic French music on NPR today? I couldn’t get the name of the musicians. Did anyone catch that? I’ve tried finding them elsewhere, but can’t. Any fellow NPR listeners here?

I wish I’d caught it - it sounds really cool. What program were you listening to?

Edit: Was it Linn Barnes & Allison Hampton? See the bottom of this story: [NPR Music: CD Gift Guide for 2007](CD Gift Guide for 2007 : NPR)

I don’t believe it was this. It was sung in French, and was really pretty Irish-sounding, quite like the Chieftains, if anybody knows them. The Linn Barnes CD sounds cool, too, though.
