Hi! Im wondering what caliber of colleges I have a chance at getting into, specifically if I have a chance at any Ivy League schools. Thank you!

Currently:
20 Y/O
White/male/straight/Oregon
Applying for Fall term 2019
Active Duty Army - Enlisted
Hawaii Pacific University - 3.7 GPA through A.S in Criminal Justice
No SAT score (should I take it as a transfer?)
No ACT score (again, should I?)
Lots of volunteer hours
Lots of life-experiences
Sociology Major (hopefully)
Using post 9-11 G.I. Bill

H.S. G.P.A - 2.8
Baseball all 4 years
Lots of work experience

Colleges I’d like to hear about:
All ivy leagues
California state schools
Schools in the P.N.W.

Ivies will require you to take the SAT/ACT even if transferring. I teach at CA state university. They don’t require SAT/ACT, but they do expect you to have all of the classes on the IGETC agreement: http://www.assist.org/web-assist/help/help-igetc.html
