It was my spouse who served. The offers were to vets and families. I actually helped a clerk at a store (who was discharged because she was injured in boot camp) find places to get deals for vets last Weds. (I was at the store again today and chatted with her) and also helped a disabled war vet get donations/“sell” poppies on Veterans day. Never did take advantage of any of those “deals” personally last Weds. But it was nice to know they were out there.

Well, you can always get that 10% discount at Home Depot or Lowes at any time, busdriver. Thats a bonus.
