Villanova or Wisconsin?

Right now, i’ve gotten into villanova (Commerce & Finance) and Wisconsin-Madison (B-school u apply after 2 years) and Lehigh… but im leaning towards 'nova and wisconsin… any opinions on which i should go to?

I know that in the rankings… wisconsin’s clearly ahead of villanova but i heard goldman sachs and lehman bro’s recruit at nova and im thinking of gunning for a i-banking job.

also, villanova’s gonna be free for me so… not sure which to choose

well I’m partial but I wouldn’t make a decision based on the rankings- you’ll get good recruiting at both places, honestly they seem like different kinds of schools so you have to consider “fit”

villanova all the way. the campus is very nice, and they give lots and lots of aid, and it shows since you got a free ride. their program isn’t ranked very highly, but yea, they get great recruitment. also, you get a laptop loaned to you every 2 years if you’re a business student at nova, if that even interests you at all… hehe

Wisconsin all the way if not then Lehigh and then Villanova would come last. Get a business degree from Wisconsin that can actually get your recruited into a good job.

Wisconsin. Cheaper than Villanova, higher ranked, a great combination of fun/school

shoot… even you guys cant come up with a definite answer. Well, I’m from jersey so villanova is obviously closer and the thing is, what if I’m hoping to transfer into Wharton after my first or second year?

I should just go to the free school then right? Unless Wisconsin gives me the better chance to transfer in.

I’d say 'Nova if it is free. However, Wisconsin is a great all-around education. Although we Minnesotans are raised to hate Wisconsin, I have only heard great things about it. I agree with yanks that you have to consider the “fit” of both schools.
