My Hokie is a junior and survived last semester without A/C in her sorority house (she is now studying abroad and also surviving without A/C and without fans because she doesn’t want to spend the money on one 
). The box fans in the windows work well for the few hot days in Aug/Sept.

The Virginia Tech 2028 Discord community has created a Google Sheet for the class of 2028 to input their roommate details (bedtime, LLP membership, etc) and contact details.
The Google login is exactly the same as the Microsoft email students set up when they deposited.
My S24 mentioned that there aren’t many people on that list. Other than the Instagram pages, does anyone know of any other resources available to meet potential roommates? I’m assuming all the LLCs are waitlisting at this point.
Nah, my son’s just going to wait until room selection. Was going to do Instagram but decided it wasn’t a big deal. Doesn’t want to do an LLC as he wants to meet others outside of his major and potentially check out the Greek system…

I don’t know why I’m stressing out about, my son doesn’t seem concerned. lol
