Daughter received an email about applying to VT honors college, is this standard? She is hoping it’s a good sign for an acceptance
It’s not standard based on my experience. One of 2 things listed on their site. Either student checked box to be considered during application process OR a separate invitation comes out shortly after their admissions decision has been released. Have either of those happened for your child?
My kid got that email, essentially reminding them that the deadline to apply for their Honors College scholarship is next Wednesday. If your kid checked the box on the Common App to be considered for the Honors College, your kid will get this email.
