Virginia Tech International Studies

I have a 3.2 UW GPA, APs in World History and Language Composition. I received a 4 on both AP tests. Honors in Chemistry, Biology, English I and II, and Algebra II. I go to a military school, and hold a Battalion level leadership position (Battalion is the highest unit level that we have here). I am an Eagle Scout, and have lettered in three sports a year since freshman year (a mixture of football, indoor track, outdoor track, soccer, lacrosse, and baseball). I’m in my school’s Catholic student association, and am the Sentinel of our FFA. I scored a 32 on the ACT. 34 on the English and reading, 30 on the science and math. I also took the writing add on, and scored a 33 on it. I am looking to become a Marine Corps officer, but I would prefer to not be a part of the Corps of Cadets at Tech, as I have been in a Corps of Cadets for three years, going on four, and want a break before starting a military career. I plan on participating in the PLC program. My low gpa mostly stems from a slump in the latter part of my sophomore and first quarter of my junior year, but my grades have taken a sharp turn up. Excluding those parts of my academic career, I have somewhere around a 3.6-3.7 GPA. What are my chances? Thank you in advance.
