Virginia Tech VS. University of Maryland

I’m looking at Virginia Tech for engineering and University of Maryland for Computer Science. Which do you guys think is better. Virginia Tech is in state so that is nice, but Maryland has a really good computer science program. I want to enjoy my time in college but I want a school that will either allow me to go to a extremely nice graduate school or help land me a job at one of the top companies in their respective field.

Hello, Grad school: grades, GRE ( if required) , research experience, recommendations. Most school departments post the success rate of their graduates’ matriculation into grad school. If not posted, then ask them as they surely track the info. But it is the individual, not the school, that determines the individual’s success.
