<p>My daughter has been accepted to two schools – one large U - rolling; and one small LAC - EA. I’d like her to visit and maybe stay overnight at each before she hears from her other schools (so she can get a jump on things … the reason for the EA in the first place!). </p>

<p>I think it is a great idea to visit. My son was able to make a better decision after he visited one of his colleges in the spring, even though he had visited each one before applying. Some schools have accepted student days when they roll out the red carpet but these days are usually in April after all the letters have gone out. If she wants to do an overnight, you can contact the admissions office about that.</p>
