Please be honest!

I like some of them very much, but there are too many here. In photography half the game is figuring out what is worth keeping.

Way too many of the same subject. Many of the different subjects seem to focus on the quality of light in the photograph. I think it would be preferable to see fewer photos with more interesting compositions. That would give a better idea of your artistic talent than these photos offer.

i think quite a few of these show an eye for telling a story and seeing interesting forms in the world. You need to cut these way down, though. Pick out your favorites of the duplicate scenes. Keep narrowing it down and look at them in isolation from the whole group, so you can see how they stand on their own.

You might also post this on the visual arts major forum, too.

Cut it down to 10-12 at most. Pick out your favorites, but paying attention to the technical quality of the picture (sharpness, etc.), as well as its artistic value.

Some of your photos are very interesting and artistic. I agree with what has been said: get rid of duplicates and photos with the main subject being out of focus, keep your portfolio under a dozen photos. If photography is NOT one of your ECs to which you devote a significant chunk of your time, I do not recommend sending an arts supplement.
