I can’t study vocab everytime i study a word i forget it
help what to do ?

How have you been studying vocab? A book that really helped me was the Vocabulary Cartoons book, so you should check that out because it’s more understandable than just long lists of words.

I found memorizing root words (-con, -a, etcetera) really helps in understanding the positive/negative connotation of a word. I would put a + or - above each word to see what type of connotation it was, and which matches the tone of the sentence. This would usually get me down to the answer immediately or between two answer choices. There, memorization of vocab helps or you can decipher words via roots.

Take the word “convivial” as an example. Assume you don’t know what it means. Well, you know “con” means “with” (fun fact: its also a spanish word) and “viv” means “life” (vivacious, revive, vivid have the same root). So you know this word has something to do with “having or being with life”. It has a positive connotation, and denotes life/energy. Therefore, you now have a better understanding of a word you had previously known nothing about.

@DaedricSaiyan Did you use a particular list to memorize root words?

Then what about connive? conifer? condemn?

(word roots, while potentially useful, can also be very misleading…)

I found memorizing huge lists of vocab words to be a waste of time. Read periodicals frequently and look up words you do not recognize. If you cannot define a word or find a simpler synonym, you do not know the word IMO.
