I am very interested in applying for this program, but I am a bit confused about the essay portion. I am assuming we write about how diversity has affected us?
Also, anyone who has attended this program, it would be great if you could talk about your experience. Also, what you may have written about in your essay for the application?
I am just trying to grow my understanding of this application process.
