<p>I want to talk about Volunteer Emory in my Why Emory? essay because it seems like an organization I would be a part of, mostly because I like volunteering. But the website for the organization isn’t very informative.</p>

<p>I can’t help you muchg with your first question because I’m a fellow 09’er and just got accepted ED. I recommend you email one of the officials (should be on the Volunteer webpage).</p>
<p>As for your random question, it probably won’t help too much, but it definitely couldn’t hurt, so I don’t see any reason to omit that from your application.</p>
