How do I do it? Do they write something for me, or do I have to make a form for them to sign? Please help…</p>

<p>Are you in high school? Many high schools have volunteering graduation requirements, and forms that can be filled out by an official certifying the hours you’ve done. If your school doesn’t have these requirements, you can just politely ask your supervisor to make a certificate or other official document, maybe a letter, that describes the work you did and the number of hours you worked.</p>
