W on Transcript

I am currently taking an anatomy class and need to receive a B or above in order to get into the graduate program I am applying to. I had my first midterm and practical today and think I most likely got a C on both. Even if I do raise my grade, it is unlikely that I will be able to raise it higher than a B-. The class is slightly curved at the end of the course. The highest scoring person receives a 100% and all the other grades are adjusted. However, at my university someone almost always scores close to perfect.

The class does not count for my major or meet any graduation requirement, but is a prerequisite for Occupational Therapy. I could take the class at a community college at a later time, but would receive a W on my transcript if I withdraw now. Would it look worse to get below a B and retake it or have a W on my transcript?
