W - Withdrawing

<p>If i withdraw from a course in the middle or toward the end of the semester and receive a “W” on my transcript, how bad does this look in the eyes of recruiters, grad schools etc?</p>

<p>Do they really assume the worst? What if the W was in the context of good grades in other classes?</p>

<p>I don’t think they’ll assume the worst. They might ask about it, to which you can reply with a legit reason (which I’m sure you have) for withdrawing. That’ll probably be the end of it.</p>
