<p>Since when and how much have I actually missed out on? I’ve left my blue book on the floor for 2 years in favor of the ACT booklet with answer explanations when I couldn’t figure them out (whereas I never would spend the time looking over the blue book questions). Am I the only person who like never knew there were answer explanations? -_- I just noticed today for the first time when I logged in to my collegeboard account on the side bar for the blue book 2nd edition tests are mapped #4-10 for #2-#8,…</p>
<p>I believe that the explanations became available with the appearance of the 2nd edition of the book, which came out in summer 2009.</p>
