Am i going to be prepared for the late testing around May 21?

Im on spring break right now and I just got my permission today to take the AP test…

Do you think it is doable? to score at least 4 or 5?

Any tips for me from all you Self-Studiers? xD

Thanks!!

It is doable - but you have to start studying right now. I recommend that you buy a copy of AP Psychology Crash Course. The book follows the College Board Course description outline. So there is no extra material. It has very useful chapters that summarize key terms and the contributions of all the psychologists specifically listed in the CB course description. It is important to remember that approximately 2/3 of the questions on the AP Psychology exam are based upon the definitions and examples of key terms. IMO Crash Course has the best collection of examples. In addition, to Crash Course you should go to AP Central and study some of the sample essay questions. AP Central has all the free-response questions from 1999 to 2009. Good luck!

I already bought the McGraw Hill AP Psych book… and the Barron’s flash cards.

Are they good prep books too? I was considering Crash Course as well but I ended up not buying it…

What do you think? Should I still buy the crash Course or just stick with McGraw Hill?
