<p>What is going on with the wait list this year? I applied under Sports Management within the School of Kinesiology and I am yet to hear. </p>
<p>It’s been a couple years, but I don’t think you hear anything from the wait list unless they take you off the waitlist. </p>
<p>It doesn’t appear that they will be taking people from the wait list this year. My daughter is on the wait list and sent an update. This is an excerpt from the reply she got from admissions-</p>
<p>"…Based upon the number of students who paid their enrollment deposits by the May 1st deadline it appears we will not have space to admit students from the wait list. However, we will continue to monitor the numbers and as stated in your letter, you will be notified in early June of a final decision…."</p>
<p>Hi @sundaypunch, did your daughter only get that reply because she e-mailed admissions? Have you heard of anything else from Michigan about the waitlist? I’m just curious because I am also on the waitlist and have not heard a single thing from Michigan ever since I got the decision.</p>
<p>They are not accepting any from wait list this year. They already have too many students paid the deposit by May 1.</p>
<p>@snuffles , correct, she only got the reply because she emailed an update to admissions. </p>

<p>My daughter has no illusions that she will be admitted from the waitlist. </p>
