<p>I had a question. I am currently attending KU and have applied to several out-of-state schools as a transfer. I have yet to hear decisions from them.</p>
<p>But my current school has already offered their financial aid package for next year, that includes pell and state grants along with subsidized federal loans. They want me to confirm part of the package I want to accept for next year WITHIN the next week or forfeit them.</p>
<p>Is there anything I need to worry about by accepting the financial aid offer of my current school since I don’t know if I would get accepted to any of the other schools yet? I wasn’t sure by accepting the federal parts (i.e. pell grant and subsidized loans) at my current school, whether that would invalidate me from receiving the same federal aid at another school should I transfer somewhere in the end. I hope I’m making sense.</p>
