Hi all. Just thought I would start a new thread for the spring of 2019. My daughter is still waiting on admissions. Many of her friends have offers of admission already. She’s a little bit stressed by the uncertainty. I feel for her. How are you guys doing?
Waiting is hard. My DD has been accepted into several colleges (including a few “safeties” that she has no interest in attending now) but is waiting for a few others. Having some, but not all, of the information to make a decision for next year is frustrating. I imagine it is even harder if you have not heard from anyone yet.
My concern is the logistical one of planning visits/accepted student events to her top contenders–not having all that info ahead of time is stressing me out by making me anticipate the stress of planning those visits last-minute.
I liken it to all of child-raising-- it seems like it is endless in the moment, but it’s all over before you know it.
