<p>Okay, so I’ve been getting a little concerned…I got my LOA back in October and my MOC nom on Thanksgiving, but my MOC’s office hasn’t submitted it to USNA yet. Should I given them a call? I know that the deadline is Jan 31st, but it would be nice to have my blue folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.</p>
<p>The MOC probably is submitting their entire list at one time, thus if the deadline is Jan. 31st you probably won’t get it until Feb 1.</p>

<p>Well, yes and no. It’s like Christmas. The event is indescribable (receiving that yellow envelope with a blue folder inside) but the waiting is something to be savored … like waiting for that fine wine to mature. Enjoy the anxiety. It tells you are more alive than you might ever be again.</p>
<p>Like bulletandpima said, your MOC is probably sending the list at one time. You can call your MOC, but they will probably just tell you that.</p>
