Waitlist chances at UCSC and SCU

I wanted to know my waitlist chances at SCU and UCSC, with 3.0(unweighted gpa) and 27 ACT, with CS an intended major

I’m a little surprised you didn’t get into UCSC with that ACT, but I guess they didn’t like the low GPA. I would guess a better chance there than at SCU, but waitlist chances are typically not too great, so I say low chance at both.
