<p>Doubtful that much more than the first 11 people on that waitlist will get in.</p>
<p>I’m not sure about that class, but generally people shift around after Phase II and into the first or second week of class. Telebears adjustment occurs nightly, so check every 2-3 days. You can join the waitlist club and post your status here along with other waitlisted students:</p>

<p>What does budget cuts have to do with waitlisted classes? Some classes are always in high
demand, so there will always be fewer seats available than the number of students wanting to get in.</p>
<p>For many science classes, labs are cut b/c they can’t pay GSIs, resulting in huge number of waitlisted students.</p>
