<p>Why is it that WolverineAccess declares a course closed when there are 3 open seats left and 3 people on the waitlist? There’s no reservation criteria like honors or upperclassmen specified listed either.</p>
<p>A lot of the courses (like in Romance Languages for example) close when the class fills up. Then if people drop, it does not re-open but begins to add them to the waitlist. That’s the situation with a Spanish course I’m in right now at least.</p>
