i heard the freshman class is full. Does this affect whether they take anyone off the transfer waitlist???

Also on the waitlist, recevied email saying the class is full yesterday
I know a transfer applicant that said they were accepted yesterday (July11). I would like to think that was true, but everything says the waitlist was closed so now I’m wondering.
