So, if your waitlisted at a school what is the percent likelihood you will get off that waitlist, because I am honestly right now not concerned at all about gettin rejected from any of the schools I am still waiting to hear from. It is being waitlisted that I am worried about and having to stay on it. I really want know if I should waste my time with waitlists, especially for Ivy League schools.

Getting off waitlists is pretty unlikely in general. If you really want to go to a school that you’re waitlisted then you might as well stay on, but waitlist acceptances are rare.
