Waitlisted at small LAC???

<p>Does a waitlist at a small LAC (Washington and Lee) equals doom on the horizon when the top 20 schools on the USNWR decisions come in?</p>

<p>Also, there have been a lot of bashing about another university who waitlists a lot of high stat applicants (WashU) but no one ever talks about the small LACs who do this. </p>

great extracurriculars, a lot of volunteer work</p>

<p>Washington and Lee is an extremely competitive school, and is by no means a guarantee of rejection from other top schools.</p>
