Waitlisted at UCR

<p>does anyone know the estimated amount of people that were waitlisted to UCR for the class of 2012 seniors? & What the odds are for students to be admitted after being waitlisted? </p>

<p>I was waitlisted
with a 3.8 GPA (Weighted)/ 1510 SAT
With EC’s with;
Track & Field from Sophomore to Senior Year
Involved with Student Government since Freshman year
Yearbook Editor
Also involved with several community service events.
With a job scheduled approx. 16 hours a week. </p>

<p>I applied to major in Biochemistry & my alternate major is Undeclared - College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences</p>

<p>I know my SAT score is really low, but I’m glad to at least be waitlisted.
I was accepted to a few CSU’s but I’d rather attend a UC! </p>

<p>Any input about being waitlisted would be appreciated, thanks!</p>

<p>My son got wait listed, then admitted last year. </p>

<p>About 3.2, 1900. 4 year varsity, 2 year captain, also yearbook editor!, student council, engineering major.</p>

<p>how long did he have to wait to hear that he was admitted?
UCR said the latest they’d respond is by May 9.</p>
