Waitlisted/Rejected 2011, Transfer 2012?

<p>The title says it all, I think.</p>

<p>At the end of the Northwestern general waitlist rejection email, it noted that all waitlistees’ application materials are kept on file for a full year in case they apply to transfer in the next fall. It also said that they’ve enjoyed a higher rate of success. Anyone have data or anecdotes regarding this, particularly stuff relevant to Weinberg?</p>

<p>Yon won’t get that kind of data. But it makes sense. Being waitlisted means they would have accepted you if they had just a little bit more room.</p>
