waitlisted then rejected... want to transfer

alright so i applied to NHS as an international health applicant RD, got waitlisted and then rejected. i really like georgetown and will possibly to try to transfer after i finish 1 or 2 years at a diff college. if i maintain a 3.8-3.9 average, do you think georgetown will consider my college average more than my high school stuff? also am i considered for the early assurance medical program if im a transfer?

Don’t quote me on this, but I don’t think you’re going to be considered for the early assurance program, because the NHS asst dean told me that they “see what you have accomplished in the short two years you spend on campus”
