<p>So I have been accepted to Rutgers, and wait-listed at University of Michigan -Ann Arbor</p>
<p>I will be attending Rutgers if i am not accepted off the WL.
The problem is I have received “no credit” for my intro to business class for my first semester due to lateness (more than 10 mins to school), which the policy states as follow:</p>
<p>Tardiness Policy -abridged-
Students who arrive later than ten (10) minutes to school will record an
absence to their first period class.</p>
<p>Cumulative Absences - The concept of unexcused absences is one of CUMULATIVE absences.
1.
Students will be limited to eight (8) CUMULATIVE absences per semester and
sixteen (16) CUMULATIVE absences per year.
2.
A student with more than sixteen (16) CUMULATIVE absences in a course for the
year (8 in a half-year course) will not have completed the prescribed course of study and will receive
No Credit (NC) for the course.</p>
<p>So my parents are going to meet the principal tomorrow to see if i can remove that “No credit”, They want to know what they should say since i received all of my absences due to lates (legitimate reason).</p>
<p>BTW i would have had a 98% in that class.</p>
<p>NO CREDIT- The equivalent as an F on my GPA, and an F for the class</p>
<p>So now i have to send in my First Semester grades, and i need to get rid of this No credit ASAP.</p>
