WAITLISTED :/

Unfortunately i was wait listed at NYU (you were my #2 school!!!) , and on the NYU Waitlist page it says that we are not suppose to submit additional documents to adcom.

However, my father has recently contacted an NYU Alum and was wondering if asking her to help me would be considered “additional documentation”.

It’s never a good idea to ask Alumni (or anyone else, really) to try and gain favor with the admissions office.

If they don’t want more docs, don’t send and don’t bother them. They may get annoyed.
