<p>I find it hard to believe, because surely we’d have more posts in this thread reporting it if it were true</p>
<p>yeah, does that mean the “first wave” consisted of all the notifications that came before may 15th? or should we still be expecting some notifications in the next couple days as part of this “first wave”</p>

<p>Well, it seems we can’t even get straight facts from the admissions office.</p>
<p>so is it for sure that we won’t hear anything until june?</p>

<p>One person claims the admissions office said they are still reviewing and have not yet released the full first wave. Another post claims the admissions office said the next wave will be in June. Whether or not this means the first wave is over is still uncertain. </p>
<p>I find it extremely hard to believe that we would not receive any type of communication saying they are done reviewing right now and we will be told if spots open up again. The first wave of acceptances is probably not done yet, but honestly at this point no one knows for sure, even though we have tried to communicate with the admissions office. </p>
<p>As far as financial aid goes, I’m assuming you get it with your acceptance letter?</p>

<p>Haha no kidding. All this bouncing around between expecting a wave on the 15th to them being finished till June is driving me crazy, so a day off will be nice :p</p>

<p>I’m debating sending the admissions office an e-mail with my Columbia e-mail address. I think it would really freak them out…</p>
<p>Maybe they’ve just been busy with commencement then. That would make sense. </p>
<p>It is good to know that there is little to no chance of hearing anything today though so I won’t be obsessively checking my email.</p>
