Waitlsited applicant using USC honors as bait

<p>I just found out today that I have been selected for the W. V. T. Rusch Undergraduate Engineering honors program. Should I tell Stanford Engineering this, hoping it might boost my stock?</p>

<p>I also found out last Saturday that I will be competing at the National FFA convention in Farm Business Management next October. As far as I know, Stanford has no relationship at all with the FFA Organization, and I expressed in a letter my desire to build a relationship, starting a collegiate FFA chapter and representing Stanford at the convention, even manning a stanford booth. Will that help?</p>

<p>i really dont think they’ll care at about USC at all really. A lot of kids on waitlist probably got into Honors colleges at other schools.</p>
