Waived 2010 Income Tax Return

<p>I live far from the US (I live in an US territory)</p>

<p>I applied for EA in Chicago, and I sent my 2010 Tax return via certified mail on 11/05.</p>

<p>It has been saying on the website that they have not received it, so I called couple of times to check whether they did or not (because I got the green card in the certified mail that they did receive it)</p>

<p>Few days ago, I check, and it says that income tax return has been WAIVED. What does this mean?</p>

<p>PS. I live in an US territory so we do use US currency</p>
