Waiving International Studies Requirement at Berkeley

<p>Would I be able to waive the IS requirement at Berkeley with my 3rd and 4th semesters of French distance classes taken at CSU Sacramento during junior year in high school?</p>

<p>I will be entering as a Freshamn in Fall '08.</p>

<p>Even with the waived requirement, I might consider studying abroad, anyway.</p>

<p>I called the registrar’s office for Berkeley about it and a person said to ask the admissions office about it.</p>

<p>I thought the registrar dealed with transfer credit.</p>
