I am a rising senior looking to be admitted to Wake Forest.
Here’s my profile:

State: VA

ACT 27 ( this was my first try but I am taking it again in September)

SAT II World History 670 ( Should I take more subject tests?)

GPA: 4.04 (weighted) 3.66 (unweighted)

APs:
World History- 4
AP US- 4
AP Psychology- 5
AP Environmental Science- 3

Next year’s APs: AP Gov, AP Stat, AP Bio

Extra Curriculars:
Volleyball- I have been playing since the seventh grade.
Persian Youth Orchestra- I have been a member since the six grade and I have been concertmaster on and off for the past three years. (I play three different instruments: Violin, Piano Daf (Persian Drum) and Vocals)
Red Cross club- I’ve been a member since freshman year and I am applying to be Vice president this year.
National Honor Society member
National English Society member

Community Service:
I started coaching youth volleyball last spring. I also volunteered to help at a dental office this summer. I used to teach Farsi to elementary school kids on Saturdays.

Your ACT is much lower than the average ACT score for students. Try getting somewhere btwn. a 31-34 on the next ACT.

-You should take the SAT Math II Subject Test to add on another subject test and help you prep for the ACT Math section. In addition, I would take the USH Subject Test since you took APUSH (I took the USH Subject Test and got a 750 since I was studying so much for the APUSH exam)

-Your EC’s are good, but they don’t really stand out. Maybe you can do some more EC’s before you send in your application.
