walking distance

How long would it take to walk from the Walsh to ICC building? Thanks

Five minutes? Maybe six or seven, if you like to walk slowly. Ten, at the most. It’s a bit of distance, though.

hmm so if i schedule a class that’s due to end at 3:55pm at Walsh and a class from 4:15 at ICC, I should be able to make it right?

Each semester I have only had 10 minutes to get from Walsh to ICC (ex. one class ending at 10:05 and another beginning at 11:15…) and have never been late to class, so 20 minutes is ample time to make it between the two buildings.

that’s definitely enough time. georgetown isn’t that big of a campus. i think the problem comes with the many hills on campus, especially when you’re going in the same direction numerous times in a day(like I lived in the SW quad last yr and had classes and work in st. mary’s, and they are both at opposite ends of the campus). i visited cornell, which is about 7 times the size of georgetown, plus steeper hills, so gtown didn’t seem that bad to me coming from that, haha.

yay! good to hear its okay. thanks so much :)
