I’m a teenager who writes for pleasure CONSTANTLY. I’m a B student in almost all my subjects, though I tend to far better in English and history than in Math. As far as extra currics go, I take a prestigious creative writing class in New York City where I perfected a short story of mine and submitted it to the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. I am a huge part of my school’s club, Build On, where we do Community Service in the area as a group and we are raising money to build a school for and in a village in Nicaragua. I’ve attended an arts summer camp for high schoolers where I took classes in writing as well as in filmmaking. My PSATs were in the 600 range in writing and reading. Math was another story. Is there anything specific that Emerson looks for in potential writing students. Also, I want to study history, too. Would there be a decent program for additional studies in the humanities or is it really just a communications school?

Never mind. Okay, how do I delete a thread, because I can’t figure that out.
