Want to get into some top colleges, but need help for class and life suggestions

I am a 15 year old high school junior with average grades (Unweighted 3.5 GPA). I am a late bloomer with little achievements and participation. My opportunities are limited and I have so many goals (I am a dreamer) that is hard to decipher the real from impossible, so I need some help and suggestions to further my learning and increase my chances. I am asking this because I don’t know what to do.

Freshman year -
English 9
Biology
Economy and Geography (1 Sem)
Spanish I
Graphics Design (1 Sem)
P.E 9 (1 Sem)
Health 9 (1 Sem)
Algebra 1
[I don’t know the exact grades but my unweighted GPA was 3.2]
[During fall season I joined Football (Was put on C which is worse than JV)]
[I did not do any clubs or sports after fall season because I was ignorant, lazy and a dumba**!]

Sophomore year - Moved 2 months after school started
English 10
Chemistry
World History
Spanish II
Geometry
Study Skills
Weightlifting (1 Sem)
P.E 10 (1 Sem)
[I don’t know exact grades but my unweighted GPA was 3.5]
[Absent for fall season so joined Wrestling during winter. I was put on Varsity, weight class 113 since no one else was in my weight. I sucked for first-timer and broke my collarbone on my second match which restricted me from further participation]
[I did not do any sports after that because of my collarbone and could not do clubs because none were open for me]
[NOTE: My only academic achievement was making an 80% on all my core classes State Tests. My teachers said I was the highest in all the classes I was in, but I do not know for other classrooms. Further information is that the average for others were 40-60%. Some people barely made 70% so I don’t know if that’s good or not]

Junior year - Moved 2 months after school started, now residing on a Base in South Korea far from home
[I need some suggestions and opinions on classes, schedules and participation to make myself better-known to colleges that I want to apply for]
AP English & Composition
Algebra 2 (Possibly Honors)
AP U.S History
AP Physics 1/2/C [Which one and why?]
AP Computer Science A [If they don’t have it then Java Programming I/II]
AP Biology
Japanese I
College Entrance Prep (1 Sem)
AVID 11/Wordprocess Software Application (1 Sem)
[Am I eligible for AVID or is that only for people with lower grades considering I have a 3.5 GPA]
[Are 5 AP classes a lot?]
[Will I have time for a sport, club or job if I take 5 AP classes considering that I need (yes, need) some free time (1 hour) to play games with very close friends?]
[I have the option of doing HS Wrestling or MWR Judo and paid internship w/ training or community service, so which one should I choose? I love both HS Wrestling and Judo and the paid internship is a 12 week program w/out training given 500$ at the end vs MWR community service]
[Unknown GPA, PSAT, SAT and ACT]

This part is where it tricks me. Near the end of my junior year I must do applications and admissions. I want to do summer courses but at the same time I want to study abroad. I want to study abroad but at the same time I want to do summer trips to the colleges. I know I cannot do all of it but I need help in which one is most important to do and which one will benefit me most. I want to take some summer courses to get ahead in school, like taking Trigonometry (Will this substitute for Pre-calculus so I can take AP Calculus?) and U.S Government and Politics. I want a job or internship to get money which will allow me to study abroad in Japan or do community service in a foreign country fixated price is at 15,000 to study for 1 Semester with money to spare and less than 1,000 to do community service elsewhere while experiencing the culture. I also want to try and do an SLE for West point and Annapolis and summer programs for MIT and some Ivy Leagues.

Senior year -
AP Literature & Composition
Pre-calculus (Possibly Honors)/AP Calculus ??
AP U.S Government & Politics
AP Physics C
AP Chemistry
Japanese II
Computer Service Support
Spreadsheet Software Applications (1 Sem)
Database Software Applications/Presentation Software Applications (1 Sem)
[I am thinking of joining cross country. My best mile is 5:47; but my 5K is high 17 minute (Will work on it). Is that good for Varsity or State Average? I don’t mean just one state but for different states, what is the average]
[I will do HS Wrestling or MWR Judo]
[I am thinking of doing Track and Field distance running (I’m not a sprinter but can run) or MWR Judo]
[I may want to join some clubs or do community service but do not know the opportunities of those yet]
