Want to raise Act score 15-18 points.

Ok I can explain.
I got a 17 the first tie i took the act

But here’s why

My neck was cramping up
Im terrible with timed tests
I didn’t really know the format of the act
I had test anxiety

BUT THE REAL MAIN PROBLEMS
I couldnt concentrate at ALL on the math and science portions
So I put b for every answer on both the math and science portions
Yep, I telephone polled both sections without looking at them.

I am a bright student usually straight A’s
Was thinking about taking the SAT, but I tried on that one and got a 1640…

You need to get a study book and see what kind of scores you can get on practice tests.

I hope you know that a 36 is a perfect score. If you want to improve on your ACT scores than start taking the test seriously and take practice sections. A 32-35 is out your reach if you “telephone polled” your sections. 1640 equates to about a 23 on the ACT. Start taking practice tests and get use to the timing and your score will improve.
